How Do I Cancel or Opt Out of Wagestream?
Sorry to hear you are looking to delete your Wagestream account!
You can cancel the service yourself at any time within the Wagestream portion of the Frontline app as long as you do not have a balance on your Wagestream Card or outstanding transfers.
NOTE: Closing your account means that your Wagestream Card and associated Wagestream Bank Account will be closed. It is vital that you have updated your district's payroll team with your personal banking details prior to closing your Wagestream account. Not doing so can result in delays to your paycheck being processed if it is sent incorrectly to a closed account.
To close your account please perform the following steps:
- Open the Frontline App, and access Wagestream
- Tap the "Gear" icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen
- Tap "Account Settings" in your settings
- From here, scroll to "Close and Terminate Account"
